This section explains how to edit the processor name for a specific order.
- To change the processor name for an order, click Processor from the Edit dropdown menu.
- A resulting screen will allow you to enter a name. Click Save to perform this action. To cancel without changing the processor name and return to the history screen, click Cancel.
Note: Observe the following:
- This option is only available to users who are Flood MC Customer Service, Flood MC Supervisor, and Flood MC Manager.
- This option is available for all orders except for Paid and Cancelled.
